Helping you
Welfare checks are a premium service that are supportive, non-intrusive visits designed to ensure individuals feel safe, supported and not alone in their own homes. They offer reassurance not only to the person receiving the visit but also to families who may live at a distance or be unable to check in as often as they would like.
This service is ideal for people living alone, those who may be vulnerable due to age, illness or disability or reduced mobility, and individuals who have recently returned home following a hospital stay. Welfare checks can provide peace of mind during periods of change, recovery or increased isolation, ideal for short, focused needs where reassurance or a familiar check in is required, rather than a longer visit.
This service is not designed to replace longer companionship visits, but to support light, specific needs in between them.
